KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide assistance in all HR- management aspects; recruitment,
training & development, labor relations occupational safety/health, planning, job evaluation etc.
Responsible for administration works, insurance
matters , budget , staff transport service ,staff medical treatment and
service , office accommodation ,etc
Responsible for payment of utility service (water,
electricity ,telephone services)
Ensures security service to the company’s
properties
Undertakes /supervises secretarial services
Handling
of company’s incoming and outgoing
mails /document
Responsible for office stationeries , general
cleanliness of office premises ,kitchen /canteen
Deals with general disciplinary matters of his
/her subordinates
Conducts performance Review of his / her
subordinate
Secretary to the Management committee meetings
workers meeting etc.
Performs human resources activities as assigned by
his/her supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of a diploma/ degree in HR / Public
Administration
Working experience of 2-3 years as administration
officer
Well versed with labor relations Act 2004 and Code of Good Practice 2007

Develop controls for
identified hazards. Coordinate the implementation
of controls from results of hazards analysis .Measure and evaluate the
effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies and procedures and
recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate workplace
accidents and injuries.
·
Direct or assist in the
development of specialized education and training materials. Conduct
specialized safety and environmental training programs to communicate hazard
control information .Assist in new employee occupational health, safety and
environmental orientation.
·
Conduct Safety Committee
meetings.
·
Compile, analyze, interpret and
report and report accident, loss and exposure statistical data; prepare
comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize
potential hazards .Review injury and property damage reports. Responsible for
the overall administration worker’s compensation program.
·
Direct environmental compliance
programs related to hazardous wastes, air permitting, water pollution
control, and community right-to-know programs.
·
Incorporate essential
occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements in all purchasing
and control actions .Recommend the purchases of safety equipment and
supplies.
·
Facilitate the registrations of
new projects, Annual statutory inspections and medical examinations conducted
by SKOL.
·
Carrying out fire drills.
·
Perform other related duties as
directed that correspond to the overall function of this position.

EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS
AND WORKING
EXPERIENCE
|
·
Bachelor’s degree or Advance
Diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, with
training in Safety and Health issues (NOSH), or a related field is preferred.
·
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
within the Environmental Health and Safety function required.
·
Proven leadership and team work
skills with demonstration.

TRAINING
|
Must
have knowledge or training in the following:

Occupation health, safety and
environmental compliance with
applicable government (OSHA) regulations and standards.
·
Demonstrated knowledge of
delivering hands on health, and environmental training
·
Ability to develop, implements,
and coordinate comprehensive health and safety accident prevention programs.

sure there are all necessary facilities for proper job performance

travel arrangements for CEO and senior officers.
Receives
and scrutinizes incoming mails
Provides
secretarial services to senior officers
Keeps
record of events in the CEO office
Handles
personal and confidential matters in the CEO’S office
Communicates
and answers inquiries and provides information to visitors and other
customers.
Keeps
office in well arranged and tidy appearance.
Distribution
of general correspondences incoming /outgoing mails
Keeps
and schedules CEO’S appointments
Ensures
that CEO’S office operates at a high level of efficiency.

QUALIFICATION
AND EXPERIENCE
|
Holder
of Diploma in Secretarial studies from a recognized institute like Tanzania
Public Service college (TPSC)
Three
year of working experience as PS.
Fluent
in both Kiswahili and English languages
|
CAMP MANAGER.
